Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)

About SCSEP


SCSEP provides part-time paid training for older workers

through community placements. This helps them upgrade

their skills and gain practical experience, while providing

valuable support services to community agencies.

SCSEP supports our

Employer Based Training.

 

 

Program participants:

 

- Work an average of 20 hours a week.

- Are paid the prevailing minimum wage.

- Improve their current skills while learning new ones.

 

 

Become a Host Agency:

 

We have an extensive network of service providers

throughout the state providing the training and job

placement that benefits the worker and the employer

at the local level.

 

We partner with public and higher education systems,

national and local businesses and community and

faith-based organizations.
