About the Call Center

 

The call center gives individuals training in the

various aspects of effective phone communication

and customer service. This training is effective

preparation for a career in telemarketing, but the

skills learned apply equally well to any position

where an individual works with the public.

 

About the Training Program

 

This exciting 4-week program

helps participants identify their

strengths in customer service

while honing current skills

and acquiring new ones.

 

 

 

Program Participants:

 

- Receive customer service training.

 

- Handle outbound calls to increase

  the awareness of our initiatives

  and services.

  surveys.
