D. Bruce Mansfield Center - Overview of Program

The D. Bruce Mansfield Center is committed to eliminating barriers to recovery for middle-age
and older adults who have problems with alcohol and other drugs.
We strive to provide specialized, high quality, abstinence-based professional treatment that encourages,
empowers, and supports adults with this treatable disease.
We advocate that older adults be valued and treated with respect and dignity, without stigma and discrimination
due to age and/or the presence of chemical dependency.
The D.
Bruce Mansfield Center is an outpatient treatment facility
that provides alcohol and other drug treatment services to
older adults and adults who have disabilities. The treatment
is specialized for this population, and is unique.

- Hospital Consultations
- Assessment
- Individual Counseling
- Group Counseling
- Intensive Outpatient Program
- Case Management
- Transportation Assistance
- Outreach
- Family Support
- Onsite/Offsite Prevention Presentations
- Training for people who work with older adults such as
nurses, social workers, etc.
